Guro is a photographer and the founder & managing director of Gem Studio. She's working across editorial and commercial projects, with extensive experience in music photography, where her career began. 

Tora works at the intersection of fashion, art, and sustainability, focusing on concept development for circular products and services. Through her platform @allsmuks, she offers styling, custom redesigns, and collaborates with players in reuse, redesign, and sustainable solutions—with the goal of making circular fashion more accessible and appealing.

Malin Westermann is a Norwegian freelance photographer based in Oslo. Her work is inspired by the beauty and fragility of everyday life, a focus that has grown even stronger since becoming a mother. With a sensitive approach, she often explores themes of motherhood, family life, and how these evolve over time—both personally and in culture.

Silje Reed is a photographer based in Oslo. Her work has a documentary and atmospheric style, capturing everything from concerts, events, and lifestyle to portraits and products — always with a keen eye for people and genuine stories.

Emma is a photographer and journalist, specializing in outdoor and natural light photography. Emma works with both brands and individuals, handling everything from planning and shooting to post-production, tailored to each client’s needs.

Jenny and Kasper found love in 2022 and quickly realized that they shared many of the same values and interests. Kasper had already been working with meditation and wanted to make it more accessible for young people, while Jenny envisioned something broader - a community that could embrace more activities and meeting places, where tools like meditation could naturally be integrated over time. Now they run the concept Ungt Fellesskap, where they bring young people together for various activities and shared spaces.

Shawn Arvind is a commercial photographer based in Oslo, focusing on people, color and honest moments. He works with a range of clients on campaigns, portraits and editorial projects, always aiming to create images that feel real and emotionally grounded.

Fredrik is a creative cinematographer and editor with a passion for the outdoors and culture. He is a storyteller at heart, with roots firmly planted in film and video, where fashion and culture often take center stage. In recent years, he has increasingly moved toward photography—where he captures the beauty in the everyday.

Fargeradio is a creative duo made up of Andreas Trøften and Ola Kassen. In recent years, they have focused on creating content that engages audiences through innovative visual techniques.

Ina Vik is a versatile creative working with photography, strategy, and sustainability. She can help with everything from visual storytelling to purpose-driven strategies

Snorre is all about building brands through great content, not just ads. I create organic content that feels genuine and worth people’s time. When something works, I convert it into paid ads that perform even better. I work with strategy, film, photography, and advertising, both Meta and Google Ads, combining organic and paid to get the most out of every message.

Gabriel, the house-mascot occasionally visits what he calls "'the castle'" and spreads good energy to all the members. He has a great fascination for dinosaurs and The Beatles. 

Paulina works with visual storytelling through photography, film, and directing. Her passion is telling personal stories through encounters with people and environments. She believes that we can all grow and learn from each other’s experiences.

Fredrik is an energetic, versatile, and dedicated photographer who now both assists established photographers and works on his own commercial and creative projects. 

Anders Skjetnemark is a photographer and filmmaker working across commercials, music videos, fashion, and product photography. He is passionate about visual storytelling, with a particular love for music photography.

Marius is a creative and social being, enjoying both video and still photography. Having a bachelor's degree in Project Management and 5 years of experience with TV productions makes him capable of planning and seeing projects through - from start to finish.

Sophia works to create inclusive meeting places for young creatives. Today, she is engaged with the non-profit organization Floke, where she develops Floke’s concepts and serves as a mentor in the Floke community. Sophia is a social worker and has for many years volunteered on creative projects. She has organized festivals, run a film club, and founded the vintage store Prisløs in Oslo.
